ForeSee Results is a growing, fast-paced and dynamic organization headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI, with offices in Southfield, MI, London, UK and Vancouver, BC, and sales representatives throughout the U.S. We measure online customer satisfaction with private and public sector websites using the methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to help our clients increase sales, loyalty, recommendations and website value.

We look for enthusiastic, fast-paced individuals with experience in market research, website usability, web analytics and other related fields. We are now actively recruiting for the positions listed below.

Human Resources:

Training Specialist
The Training Specialist coordinates the collaboration, implementation, and delivery of training to numerous, if not all, employees within ForeSee Results; manages training activities; develops new training ideas and incentives; engages employees in the training process through gathering and analyzing feedback, works closely with department managers to provide an outstanding training experience for employees; conceptualizes need(s) for additional or enhanced training where required; understands core training presentations and conducts when necessary; prepares and applies testing as needed.    

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Work with department managers, senior management and human resources to ensure current and new employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job
  • Create and direct training for various department initiatives to achieve corporate objectives
  • Coordinate new course and training development and oversee course delivery
  • Develop new training ideas and testing
  • Monitor and report on quality of existing training programs and their execution
  • Conduct training when necessary
  • Manage and organize training program related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation via SharePoint: including training records and training calendar(s)
  • Enhance current materials to support current training modules; develop new curricula materials as directed
  • Monitor, track, and analyze employee training progress
  • Communication and preparation of activities with classroom style training deployment
  • Contributing to the ForeSee Results culture by encouraging a positive work environment

Required Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, HR or related discipline preferred
  • 3+ years of training-related experience in a corporate environment; including working with or in collaboration with human resources department
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; including ability to present in front of large and small groups
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint (preferred); including strong ability to prepare presentations through PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of training program management and administration; including elearning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and present them to department managers and/or Senior Management
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently

Information Technology:

Web Analytics Developer:
Web Analytics Developer will assist with defining, designing and implementing programs to automate the integration of ForeSee systems and data with those from the various Clickstream vendors.  The candidate must be a delivery-focused person with solid experience developing applications focused around enabling the third-party APIs published by these companies.  This role requires someone who can work effectively, both independently, as well as collaboratively with both internal and external IT staff. The candidate will be involved in unit testing, deployment, and support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree, in an IT or business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

  • Familiarity with clickstream integration APIs from one or more of the following companies – Omniture, Google, Webtrends, Yahoo.
  • Background in Java/J2EE development implementing Servlets, JSP pages, and Web Services
  • Knowledge of web related technologies: HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with relational database design and implementation

 

Oracle DBA
On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will be responsible for Databases support of OLTP and DW databases for ForeSee Results, Inc.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting dev/QA/Prod support environment as well as expertise in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Oracle 10g databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform database administration activities for Oracle databases in dev/QA/Prod
  • Perform monitoring, maintenance of implementations of Oracle RAC and ASM in a high availability environment
  • Support the existing DB infrastructure consisting of multiple dev/QA/Prod databases distributed over multiple locations.
  • Align configuration of databases to ensure better Oracle support.
  • Maintain the databases
  • Understand & maintain backup and recovery environment. Provided recommendations for best practices with RMAN, Flashback, legato and other backup technologies
  • Maintain appropriate written documentation for operational procedures.
  • Be available for 24x7 on-call support rotation duties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration, development, design and support of high availability database systems preferably Oracle 9i and 10g etc.
  • Experience with data modeling, query design and optimization, and stored procedures
  • Must be well versed with UNIX, Storage and Network skills to support database administration
  • Experience with database backup and recovery using RMAN, Dataguard & others etc.
  • Experience with Oracle RAC and clustering technologies preferred
  • Working knowledge of Oracle technologies like ASM, partitioning, Dataguard, Flashback, Oracle Text, Oracle APEX and Oracle BI etc.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities like SQL*Loader, exp/imp, Data Pump etc.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and SQLServer
  • Excellent programming skills, including SQL, PL/SQL and scripting languages such as Shell
  • Must be goal oriented and focused
  • Must have the ability to coordinate with development teams about changes and upgrades etc.
  • Experience designing data models for databases
  • Must possess strong communication and analytical skills
  • DataWarehousing experience is a plus
  • Oracle certification is preferred

Marketing:

Events Manager
ForeSee Results is looking for an Events Manager, ideally with experience in B2B, and in a rapid growth Internet-related technology markets.  Position will require coordination with executive management to understand our corporate objectives and to develop strategic event plans to establish thought leadership and to generate qualified leads across the wide range of industries we serve. The position will include negotiation of high-profile sponsorships, development of traffic-building strategies and promotions, as well as programming of ForeSee Results conferences, webinars, and user training programs.  Our current event schedule is aggressive, supporting an average of 3-5 events per month throughout the year and is poised for further growth.

The successful candidate will have a record of success developing and managing events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Event Programs for a Multi-million dollar technology company including development of strategic events plans and evaluation of events performance against key objectives
  • Develop strong program content that provides a platform for establishing ForeSee Results as a thought leader
  • Responsible for leading all events, ensuring timely execution of event details and evaluation of events
  • Leverage industry contacts and supplier references to gain greater exposure
  • Generate qualified sales leads through sponsorship and event management
  • Sell sponsorships of ForeSee Results events directly to partner organizations
  • Work closely with sales management and other internal departments to ensure maximum exposure and value from events
  • Demonstrate effective sales support & documentation practices
  • Travel to manage high profile events (e.g. top-tier sponsorships with large on-site presence)
  • Manage resources and coordinate with Marketing and Sales
  • Supervise members of the events team
  • Handle budgets, proposals and direct development of materials for all events
  • Manage relationships with events vendorsWork independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • A minimum of 7yrs of event management and operations experience
  • Solid management experience requiring long-term relationship building among key events organizations to get maximum cooperation and exposure
  • Computer literacy including, MS Office
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with marketing in the High Tech/Internet industries is preferred

Research Analysis:

Satisfaction Research Analysts (SRA)
The SRA is the main point of contact for our customers after the sale of our service. The SRA is responsible for presenting our clients with their website customer satisfaction analysis. This includes working with clients to establish surveys and providing analysis of the customer satisfaction results to the client on an ongoing basis. The SRA is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.

This position requires at least five years of experience in market research including preparing surveys, analyzing data, and presenting to clients. The Team Lead position requires additional direct management experience of five or more direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

 

Usability Auditor
We are currently seeking a Usability Auditor to conduct usability audit reviews aimed at improving the interface of websites to enhance the user experience.  The Usability Auditor participates in all phases of the usability audit review delivery process—from conducting in-depth usability audits to delivering results verbally and in written format to the client.  Specialized training will be provided by ForeSee Results.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review satisfaction data and communicate with Satisfaction Research Analysts to determine area of focus for usability audit
  • Conduct usability audits and write up expert usability evaluations
  • Create slide presentations to support audit reports
  • Deliver audit findings to client via PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct usability reviews of prototypes, including wireframes and requirements documents
  • Management of usability audit database application
  • Conduct ad hoc research regarding usability principles and best practices
  • Act as internal resource regarding usability and the Usability Audit Review service
  • Maintain ongoing professional development to stay current with key thinking in the field

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant usability experience in an online environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors, Usability Human Computer Interaction, or other related discipline

Sales:

Regional Marketing Representative

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through extensive and persistent cold calling and emailing;
  • Researching additional leads through web research;
  • Contacting customers about our product;
  • Maintaining all contacts and progress in the sales force automation software;
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and requests;
  • Working together with the outside sales manager to grow a specific sales territory and manage accounts; and
  • Coordinating customer renewals and sales administration.

Requirements:

  • 5 years progressively responsible inside sales experience including an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process in order to coordinate sales functions. High tech or ecommerce sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills

Regional Sales Managers
These professionals will be responsible for a particular geographic region generating client leads, cold calling potential clients to make contact, creating client interest, qualifying the potential sale, giving client sales presentations and closing the sale. They will also maintain client contact as necessary and maintain client information in the sales management system. Positions are located throughout the United States according to sales territories. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and more than seven years of outside sales experience and cold calling experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above. Successful candidates will have experience selling into the online products industry. Experience selling online market research is preferred.
